Gout
Gout is a form of joint inflammation that is caused by crystal build up (uric acid) leading to a painful discomfort. People suffering from gout either produce an excess of uric acid or their bodies lack the ability to efficiently remove it from the system. Mature males are especially susceptible to this disease. Women after their monthly periods have ceased are also at risk.
Home remedies for Gout

• Dip your feet in warm water and two cups of salt solution.
• Immediately put some cold compress of ice cubes on the painful area to alleviate the pain.
