Back Pain
Back pain is a very common medical condition that can be characterized by an extreme pain on the back area. It has many causes such as infections, a flare up of mechanical pain, muscle degeneration, growths and tumors, metabolic reasons, and psychological pains.
- Drink a gram of the extracts from reisha mushrooms three times a day.
- Take a glass of milk thistle twice a day.
- Drink a cup of tea made out of Yarrow twice a day.
- Drink a cup of ginger tea mixed with turmeric powder every morning and before going to sleep.
- During an attack of back pain, eat a handful of walnuts a day. This method is also great for prevention.
- Don’t slouch. Make it a habit to keep your back posture straight at all times and this can significantly reduce your back pains.
- Eat three garlic cloves every day.
- Massage your back with garlic oil. Just fry one head of garlic in sesame or coconut oil. Strain and apply the oil on your back.
- Massage your back with eucalyptus oil for instant relief. You can use menthol rub or ointment to do this.
- Apply a hot compress on your back to soften those tired, hardened muscles.
- Drink basil tea. Prepare ten fresh basil leaves and immerse it in a cup of boiling water. Let it simmer until the liquid is down to half a cup. Drink this once every night before going to sleep.
- Eat foods rich in vitamin C such as citrus fruits, tomatoes, blueberries, etc.
